Fabric / Trims Inspection: As per 4. Point System)

Cutting Inspection: (Checked No of Layer, Clippings on layer, Cutting machines Blade, Pattern Paper marking on layer)

On Line Inspection: (When production run on machines checked all operations and first 50 pcs. fully stitched Garment in production stage.)

Initial Inspection: (Checked first 100 pcs. In Finishing for Washing, Pressing, Folding & Packing)

Inline Inspection: (Done after 20% goods are Finished)

Mid Inspection: (Done after 40% goods are in Poly Bag)

Pre-final Inspection: (Done after 80% goods are in Cartons)

Final Inspection: (Done after 100% goods are in Carton, all cartons must be marked as per buyer requirement & final Packing list.)
